Take a leap of faith, live your life in permanent ink 25th may 2011

I took the leap and got myself inked.

Been wanting to get inked for a few years now, I have had a hard time deciding what i wanted and where i wanted it to be. After 5 years of all the decision making and the changes, I finally knew what is it that i wanted and went down to Black Cat Tattoo Studio @ Sunway Pyramid to speak to Kevin Mitchell.

It was so easy..

17th May : Walked in to BCTS, told Kevin what I wanted, where I wanted. Walked out.

25th May : Got a text saying the drawing's done, texted Kevin asking when he was free and he said "Today" . The rest is permanently inked on me :)

It took Kevin slightly over an hour and a half to finish the art work. And I must say, I fell in love as soon as i saw the drawing, when the i saw the finally outcome of it I was BLOWN AWAY. I wish I was more enthusiastic than I was, but SERIOUSLY on the inside I was all Elle Woods(Legally Blonde)!

The Pain : HONESTLY, it wasn't as painful as i imagined it to be, it was really really bearable, the whole process of it all. I was talking and laughing the whole time. The only time i actually felt it was at the end of it, the shading of the yellow bits (that lasted less than 10minutes).

Now i shall stop typing and let the pictures do the talking .

The DRAWING
The man who inked me, Mr. Kevin Mitchel

He who teman-ed me and was trying to convince me not to do it , by trying to scare me. :)
Within the One Hour Gap
After the first wash and moisturizer.
